Digium Switchvox SMB IP-PBX phone system software model 1SWXSMB00DL is a software license that allows you to install Switchvox on your server, appliance, or virtual machine. To get started purchase the SMB software license, select your number of user licenses, and install on your device of choice.
The Switchvox IP-PBX phone system includes enterprise phone system features like call recording and monitoring, call reporting and logging, conference calling, integrated fax, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and call queues.
In addition to enterprise phone system capabilities, the Switchvox SMB software also features many Unified Communications (UC) features. The UC features include video calling, chat, presence, unified messaging, CRM integration, and an app that allows you to use your mobile phone with the system.
Digium Switchvox also requires a user license for each of the following devices that connect to the system:
