Jabra Link 400c UC DECT Adapter, USB-C - 14205-33

Jabra Link 400c is a USB-C adapter for connecting compatible Jabra DECT headsets to a computer — plug-and-play. Designed with hybrid workers who primarily use softphones in mind, Link 400 eliminates the need for a separate base station — all you need is the dongle and the headset. Use it just like you would a Bluetooth dongle — plug it in and select the headset as your audio peripheral. Link 400 is also available with a USB-A plug: just search for Link 400c.

Link 400c is a powerful device, giving your headset an incredible wireless range of up to 490 feet — far beyond what a Bluetooth headset can offer. Additionally, it secures your wireless communications by going beyond DECT Security Level C — military-grade encryption and more. To improve durability, it has a puck design with a flexible, silicon rubber connector. It's simple to connect — just press the button on the puck. The button has a multi-color ring LED light around it to let you know status — call connected, microphone muted and more. Because it's a USB device, Link 400 UC is compatible with almost every softphone application and cloud phone service available today.

As of July 2022, Link 400 is compatible with Jabra Engage 55, Engage 65 and Engage 75 DECT Headsets. To use the headset with the adapter, you will need to update the headset's firmware.
