Plantronics MDA524 QD is a smart audio processor for Plantronics 4-pin QD (Quick Disconnect) headsets that lets call agents serve customers better by enabling the simple switching between desk phone and smartphone calls while you keep wearing the same headset. In addition, MDA524 QD supports enhanced audio channel mixing, as well as call analytics using Plantronics Manager Pro (available seperately).
MDA524 QD connects to headset, desk phone, and computer using standard cables. You can then seamlessly switch between audio streams and mix audio. The easy-to-use controls let you quickly adjust volume, mute, and answer calls. This model of MDA524 QD connects to a computer via USB-A.
