Plantronics MDA526 QD is a smart audio processor for Plantronics 6-pin QD (Quick Disconnect) headsets. MDA526 QD lets call agents switch between call sources — desk phone and smartphone — with just the press of a button without needing to change headsets. It also enables enhanced audio channel mixing and call analytics via Plantronics Manager Pro (available seperately).
MDA526 QD connects to headset, desk phone, and computer using standard cables. After the audio processor is connected, the user can switch between audio sources. It has clear, intuitive buttons: volume, mute, and call control. This model of MDA526 QD connects to a computer via USB-A.
