Poly Edge E320 is a reliable IP phone for cubicle workers, call centers and small businesses — with integrated Bluetooth, making it an excellent choice for hybrid workers and hot desking. Featuring modern style, Edge E320 has a 3.5-inch color display with 8 line keys and a color status indicator light bar around the display — integrated busylight. Because the phone supports multiple pages of line key assignments, the phone supports 32 line assignments.
Edge E320 offers Poly's signature audio quality. HD Voice gives you lifelike voices on the call — improve comprehension. NoiseBlockAI eliminates most background noise on speakerphone calls. Acoustic Fence creates a virtual perimeter around your conversation when using the handset or a wired headset. Acoustic Clarity makes audio crystal-clear. Edge E320 supports multiple headset options. Built-in Bluetooth 5.0 support lets you connect a wireless Bluetooth headset. The USB-C port supports USB headsets. There's also a traditional RJ9 port for a wired headset. Contactless NFC support can streamline the process of pairing — securely enable efficient guest login, Bluetooth pairing and more.
On top of its top-tier performance, Edge E320 has other progressive features for work as it exists today. Integrated Microban® antimicrobial protection improves sanitation — console, handset and handset cord. Poly has focused on improving accessibility with features like adjustable color setting and font sizing, text-to-speech support and much more — including a hearing aid compatible (HAC) handset. It comes with a two-position desk stand and a wall mount kit is available separately. The VoIP phone has dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE support for network connectivity.
