Poly Edge E400 is a professional VoIP phone with integrated sidecar — ideal for enterprise office workers who rely on their phone for business. Featuring a sleek, modern style, Edge E400 has two color displays: a primary display with 8 line keys and a secondary display with 6 line keys that acts as an integrated sidecar. Between the two and across the virtual pages they support, the phone supports 44 line key assignments in total — amazing. Around the primary display is a color indicator status light bar — integrated busylight. If you require more lines, Edge E400 supports the Poly Edge E Expansion Module (not included).

Edge E400 gives you cutting-edge sound quality — Poly signature audio. HD Voice makes voices rich and lifelike. NoiseBlockAI blocks out most background distractions on speakerphone calls. Acoustic Fence does the same for calls using the handset or a wired headset. Acoustic Clarity makes sound crystal-clear. The speakers have been designed to enhance the bass frequency. If you want to use the phone hands free, connect a USB-C headset or traditional wired headset. The phone is NFC-enabled to streamline secure guest login and other applications.

Edge E400 also has features that make it vital for today's worker. Integrated Microban® antimicrobial protection on the phone console, handset and handset cord improves phone sanitation. Accessibility improvements include support for text-to-speech, adjustable font size and color, and many more. The handset is hearing aid compatible (HAC). Edge E400 comes with a two-position desk stand. A wall mount kit is available separately. Connect the phone to your network via the dual Gigabit Ethernet port, which support PoE. Edge E400 is Energy Star® rated — efficient.
