Ubiquiti UniFi AC EDU is a unique business technology solution: an advanced 3x3 MIMO wireless access point and IP paging speaker in one. You get enterprise-grade WiFi from a stylish, high-definition speaker. As a WiFi access point, the UAP-AC-EDU uses three dual-band antennas to provide simultaneous connectivity on both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands using 3x3 MIMO technology. The EDU supports over 200 clients at one time, and has a range of up to 400 ft. The Ubiquiti access point uses 802.11ac WiFi to provide a maximum throughput of 1300 Mbps.

Ubiquiti UniFi AC EDU is more than an access point: it's also a paging speaker. As a speaker, the EDU provides audio with a wide frequency response range of 100 Hz to 20 kHz. Make announcements from your smartphone using the UniFi EDU app for iOS and Android. The UniFi EDU is managed via UniFi Controller, a software controller and GUI that makes management simple and which provides rich analytics to optimize and secure your network. The access point supports enterprise-grade security including WPA-Enterprise and VLANs using 802.1q.
