Algo 8198-IC is an 8-inch ceiling speaker for use with a Singlewire InformaCast system. Designed indoor installation, 8198-IC is intended for mass notification of public broadcasts, emergency alerts and more. When used with PoE+, 8198-IC provides loud, clear audio — up to 16W of output power. And it has a microphone for ambient noise response to automatically adjust the volume — appropriate sound levels.

Connect an Algo 1198 Satellite Speaker to extend the speaker system. 1198 offers the same acoustical performance as the 8198-IC. You can daisy chain up to three satellite speakers to a single 8198-IC.
