Axis M4317-PLR is a panoramic mini-dome IP camera with fisheye lens to offer 180° or 360° overview from a single camera. Designed for onboard installation in vehicles like buses, M4317-PLR has been ruggedized to withstand vibrations and shocks. The camera complies with industry bus regulations. It comes with a 1.1 mm stereographic lens that is factory-focused for professional performance out of the box. Sharpdome technology reduces distortion compared to similar dome cameras. Digital roll functionality lets you adjust the camera rotation from a distance. It offers numerous viewing modes, including overview, panorama, quad view, corner right/left, and more. M4317-PLR has built-in OptimizedIR infrared lights for surveillance in complete darkness. You can control the infrared LEDs individually to reduce reflections and get the best picture possible.

M4317-PLR is powered by the purpose-built ARTPEC-8 System on a Chip for exceptional performance, including advanced features like Object Analytics, which comes pre-installed. Object Analytics automatically detects and classifies humans and vehicles, including types of vehicles, using AI-based algorithms. On top of analytics, the camera has security built-in from the ground floor with Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform for protecting both the device and the whole IP camera system. Store video in camera using a microSD card or through the network. The polycarbonate, hard-coated dome casing makes it IP66 and IK10 rated. M4317-PLR is compliant with ONVIF Profiles G, M, S, and T.
