Bogen SM1EZ is an intercom or paging speaker that is designed to be simple to install. Taking only a three step-process that can be completed in less than a minute, SM1EZ is very lightweight and surface-mounted, which makes it excellent for ceiling tile installations. Its low-profile design also functions to create a wide dispersion angle for sounds.
SM1EZ is a 1W single-tap speaker that is compatible with 70V or 25V systems. It has a volume control on the outside of the plastic grille that is easily used yet doesn't attract attention. It complies with NFPA National Code 160b and UL-2043, meaning it can be used in plenums.
