Cisco Desk Phone 9851 is an everyday VoIP phone for work wherever it happens: in the office, in the home office, or for hybrid work scenarios. 9851 features a generous 3.7-inch color display with 6 line keys. As a SIP phone, it supports up to 16 SIP lines on both Webex Calling and Open SIP platforms. With Cisco, you know you’re getting top-class hardware quality with ultra-reliable performance. This phone incorporates AI noise removal to clarify and improve sound quality on both ends of a conversation. The bass-enhancing acoustic enclosure makes voices on the speakerphone sound more natural than ever. The handset is Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC). Use the USB-A port on the side of the console for a USB headset or to give your phone more feature keys using the Cisco 9800 Series Key Extension Module (not included). 9851 also has a USB-C port on the back of the phone for use with a USB-C headset or to charge an external device like a smartphone.
