Cisco Desk Phone 9861 is a versatile VoIP phone that gives you a premium experience at the desk, whether that’s in the office, at home, or in a hybrid work scenario. 9861 features Wi-Fi network connectivity built-in, making it simple to position. It has a gorgeous 5-inch color display with 10 line keys. This phone offers Open SIP interoperability with third-party platforms and has been tested and certified for Cisco Webex Calling and Cisco Unified Communication Manager (Cisco UCM). It supports up to 16 SIP lines on both Webex Calling and Open SIP platforms. Cisco designs and builds exceptional hardware and 9861 is no different. It has AI noise removal, which makes sound quality better for both ends of a call. For the speakerphone, its bass-enhancing acoustic enclosure makes voices sound rich and full. The handset is Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC). It has two USB ports. The USB-A port on the side works with a USB headset or with the Cisco 9800 Series Key Extension Module (not included) to add quick action keys. The USB-C port on the back works with a USB-C headset or to charge an external device like a smartphone. For wireless headset connectivity, the phone supports Bluetooth 5.2 LE natively.
