Axis M3945-R is a compact dome camera designed for video surveillance in buses and similar vehicles. M3945-R is a 2 MP (1080p Full HD) camera that can take full-resolution video at up 60 fps, perfect for use in fast-movement environments. The camera also has a built-in microphone for two layers of security: video and audio. This model has a 2.8 mm lens and M12 connector. Its ultra-wide lens makes it perfect for use in constrained spaces like buses. M3945-R meets numerous transportation industry certifications, including UNECE R10, UNECE R118, and IEC 60721-3-5 5M3; it meets the IP66/67 and IK10 Standards for durability.

M3945-R is AI-powered, improving performance across a wide range of vital functions. Axis includes image-enhancing technologies like Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR that dynamically adapt to challenging lighting, helping it retain greater detail. Select from scene profiles like forensic, vivid, or traffic overview to optimize image settings for the specific lighting conditions and use-case. M3945-R is protected with Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform that includes secure key storage, secure boot, and video tampering detection. The compact camera has a microSD card slot for local video recording. Use M3945-R to upgrade existing Axis onboard cameras: it has the same form-factor as previous models.

Note: Axis M3945-R comes in four models: with either a 2.8 mm or 3.6 mm lens, and with either an RJ45 or M12 connector. This model, Axis 03374-001, comes with a 2.8 mm lens and an M12 connector.
