Axis P3945-R is built for installation in trains, trams, trolleys, and similar moving vehicles. This compact IP camera delivers HD security video: 1080p Full HD (2 MP) resolution at up to 60 fps, perfect for taking detailed evidence in fast-movement environments. This model of P3945-R has a 3.6 mm lens. P3945-R has a built-in microphone, which lets you take audio evidence on top of video — a second layer of security. The camera complies with numerous transportation industry standards like EN 50155 and EN 45545; it also meets numerous durability standards like IP66/67 and IK10.

P3945-R is a powerful, cutting-edge camera that improves video performance with technologies like Lightfinder 2.0, which reproduces colors with exceptional accuracy even in extreme low-light, and Forensic WDR, which retains an amazing amount of detail in high-contrast lighting situations. The camera also has pre-configured scene profiles for you to fine-tune the image quality as easily as possible: forensic, vivid, traffic overview. Axis Edge Vault — a hardware-based cybersecurity platform that integrates secure key storage, secure boot, video tampering detection, and more — protects the camera. Record video locally using a microSD card. P3945-R has the same form-factor, backplate, and accessories as earlier Axis onboard camera models, making it simple to upgrade and improve security on trains.

Note: Axis P3945-R is available with either a 2.8 mm or 3.6 mm lens. This model, Axis 03377-001, comes with a 3.6 mm lens.
